PODERE SAN CARLO

San Carlo farmhouse is located in a wonderful landscape between the coast and the hill; immerse yourself and relax in this old land full of history that is Maremma. You can do lovely walk through woods and hills and excursions on mountain bike. Only few minutes away by car you can reach the famous thermal baths of Saturnia with its sulphureous warm waters at 38° C, or the Monte Argentario’s coast with its amazing beaches and bays.
San Carlo farmhouse is the ideal place as starting point for visiting quaint old towns as Capalbio, Manciano, Montemerano, Magliano in Tuscany, Sovana, Vulci and for reaching the coast of Orbetello, Talamone, Porto S.Stefano and Porto Ercole.

The first sensation by visiting San Carlo farmhouse is that of being in familiar surroundings, the ideal place for spending lovely days with the family or with friends. For a more relaxing holiday there is a big swimming-pool surrounded with green.
Our farmhouse is made up of a single bedroom, four double bedrooms and an apartment with three beds. All the accommodations are provided with TV and bathroom.

If coming from the North: along the SS. Aurelia towards Rome, take the Albinia exit, continue towards Manciano-thermal baths of Saturnia till Km. 10,500, where you’ll find the San Carlo farm holidays.
If coming from the South: along the motorway Rome-Civitavecchia, continue along the SS. Aurelia towards Grosseto, take the Albinia exit, continue towards Manciano-thermal baths of Saturnia till Km. 10,500, where you’ll find the San Carlo farm holidays.
