Our Prodotti Our company moreover is taken care of the production of fruit, verdura and ortaggi, wine and an optimal extra oil vergine of olive. The Company is to familiar conduction. As from every ritual year proceeds to the collection of the olives with the old techniques and traditions that our Grandfathers have taught to us. The olives of our olive grove come collections by hand (in order not to ruin the fruit) and within 12 hours frante to cold with grinders in granito, in order to guarantee one low acidity of the oil. An oil from the taste is obtained fine and delicate a lot adapted for bruschette and condimenti to raw.
